Our complete product catalog includes transistors, diodes, mosfets, linear regulators and power management I.C.'S, offered in through hole and surface mount packaging. We are one of the three companies in China that provide full series. Some of our R&D engineers are from Tsinghua University, South China University of Technology, Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, and they come out five new models monthly.

We have an industrial area covering 60,000 square meters. Our factory floor covers 30,000 square meters and the first half phase is now fully commissioned and in production. Our fully-automated equipment is procured from Europe, The US, Singapore and Japan, 100 production lines roll out large quantity of 5 billion units every month.
